Use sterilized Mason Jars<br />
Fill a jar approximately 1/3rd full with dried herbs<br />
Pour in olive oil to cover herbs by one inch<br />
OR<br />
Weigh and measure dried herbs and oil using 1:5 ratio<br />
Cover with lid; label<br />
Infuse in cool, dark cabinet for 10-14 days<br />
Strain and store refrigerated.</p>
