<p>Flowers have the ability to deepen our personal experience with herbalism. Flower essences extract energetic elements of a plant and gently nudge our spiritual growth. Join me in my garden to prepare a flower essence with yarrow blossoms.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff99cc;">Flower essence extract preparation</span><br />
Steps:<br />
1. Infuse flower blooms in spring water in sunlight or moonlight<br />
2. Strain flower essence water and dilute 50/50 with alcohol to make a Mother Essence<br />
3. Dilute once again by mixing 50/50 water and brandy and add 1-7 drops of Mother Essence</p>
