On today’s episode of An Herbal Diary we’re opening up our kitchen medicine cabinet for the first time. There are a few first steps to building it and they involve organization and choices. Dina lists kitchen equipment to stock as well as introduces you to a first herb – rose – a true treasure and perfect way to start a pantry.
Kitchen Medicine Cabinet equipment (suggestions only ⚖️)
* stainless steel pots with lids
* double boiler
* coffee grinder
* blender or food processor
* hand strainer with cheesecloth to line
* glass measuring cups – 1, 2 and 4 cup
* digital kitchen scale
* measuring spoons and scoops
* Mason jars – 8oz, 16oz, 32oz
* glass jars (amber colored)
* French coffee press for teas
