Recipe Equipment and Ingredients:
- Medium saucepan with lid
- Hand strainer lined with cheesecloth
- Glass measuring cup
- Jar with lid
- Rose petals 1/2 cup
- 12 ounces water
- 1/4 cup (50g) sugar
- 1/4 cup (3oz) honey
- 1 Tablespoon Brandy (optional)
